My son had an anxiety attack one evening and ran out of our caravan at Fach Farm, Abersoch. My husband and daughter went to look for him and I stayed behind to wait in case he came back.

Darren (Daz) the security guard found him and bought him home, he was so reassuring and popped in to see my son on several occasions after the incident to make sure he was ok.

The level of support he gave was outstanding and was so friendly, he really went the extra mile for all of us.

Having been disappointed with our previous security arrangements we employed Moelwyn security for the first time this season 2024 and would highly recommend them for the quality of service and professionalism. security operative Darren proved to be reliable ,trustworthy and with his years of experience , well able to deal with ant aspect of security on our park ensuring the site rules were observed for the enjoyment and well being of all our caravan owners.

absolutely brilliant, Health&Safety perfect; actually removed somebody from the event and the person they removed thanked Daz, never seen that before.
